7 yr old boy has everything. What can I get him for his birthday?

My best friend's little boy will be 7 in early Sept and he has everything- and I mean EVERYTHING.He has so many toy cars that I now refuse to buy him anything with or about a car, he was just given a mobile phone by his parents, he has the attention span of a gnat- except for playing x-box games, so can anyone help? It's my first post, so be gentle please

He has a collection littlelapin- toy cars. He must have well over a thousand of the little foot destroyers/ cat torture devices/ glass scratchers. I have asked his Mum, but she says "He'll like anything!", and yet they are struggling for ideas themselves. Funny old world isn't it?

What about those kits that are science based with experiments like This sort of thing? You could even help him do it rather than it maybe getting shoved in a cupboard.
