I have an exercise machine but dont know what it is called. can you describe it?

kittywits · 29/07/2007 12:41

No buy I've seen them advertised. Wouldn't it be just Brill if they actually worked?

NotQuiteCockney · 29/07/2007 12:56

It looks like a pile of pants.

I'd get a wobble board instead, tbh.

Good link. Sounds like a huge waste of money then.

It's a vibrating board thing, Mrs Weasley. Madonna's got one apparently.

I had an instructor at the gym show me how to use it a while ago,it seems to easy to do nothing iykwim.I think if you hold a difficult strenuous position it would work.
I didn't enjoy it though and haven't used it again.
I reckon it will be a shortlived phase.

Only just seen this and I have to say I use one regularly 2-3x per week and I have definately seen a great improvement in my tone, strength my skin looks less saggy ( particulalrly on jelly belly) I go to a power plate centre so good instructirs (they only teach PP)
Its bloody hard work when you get beyond first couple of sessions - I am knackered after a 30 minute class and tend to leave at least 2 days between each class. I would really recommend it - will be looking for a place in the UK when we return next year (inchicago currently) HTH

one last thing - wouldn't buy one though...
