probably out of date - check if there has been a new edition of them (usually every couple of years at the most)
however they are much sought after in charity shops for some reason

Our uni has a small book shop that buys the books off you just incase anyone is looking for them. But I am nowhere near you YG.

Depends a lot on the specific law subject - eg constitutional/administrative law changes a lot all the time; land law changed a lot in 2002.
All law changes over time but so long as you look at other books to check what the changes are you could get the basics from them.

Probably obsolete. I'm a law librarian and know that there is generally a new edition every three years or so. If you Google the names of the books you will find what the latest edition is. Old editions are not much encouraged as the law does change. Charities such as International Law Book Facility and Book Aid International may be interested but you generally have to get the books to them - and they only want the next to most recent editions.
