DP and I had a bit of a falling out last night, and I'm still feeling resentful today. Hate days like this. Especially when he seems to be acting like nothing happened.

Topping my day off... I ran a bath, plonked in a lush bath bomb, got in annnnd the water is luke warm. The hot water has ran out mid bath run and I didn't notice. Stubbornly still sat in the bath..

Oh God, cold baths are the worst! They always happen when you need the comfort the most!

Ds is downstairs raging because he's over tired and over hungry. It's all gone a little Lord of the flies from what I can hear.

I meant ds doesn't have camp tomorrow. Maybe I'll be ok after a nights sleep. He's just got SO much bloody energy.

I've had my mother's funeral! Very difficult relationship, very strange day!

I had to spend some time making phone calls this morning. Other than the hour I spent collecting DD from her day centre and the hour I spent making and eating tea, I have either been on the phone, or filling out forms ALL DAY. I’m not at work; I’m off on holiday.

My head is spinny and I probably should leave the computer now, but I’m actually too tired to move, despite having been seated for most of the day.

Oh, and I still haven’t sorted everything I needed to. DD is 19, but has LD- this is all her admin I’m doing.

It’s nothing compared to some of your crap days though, so for everyone.

31 weeks what you are describing is awful. I don't know the benefits system... I know I'm lucky..but I am thinking in these circumstances there must be help.
