This 'shop' just gets worse

With knockers and 'Nuts' at a two year olds eye level, ( despite me nagging) sweets and chocolates (to drive under 16's wild) their refusal to stock Junior despite my asking and asking ( one year later its in pride of place next to 'ZOO'A massive cig counter. The lottery (wtf) and PLAYBOY pencil cases in every size and shape for 'little girls' What has happened to that lovely bookshop and stationers we all loved?

This shop is a bloody disgrace

I only went in to buy Homes and Gardens and i came out with cardboard and marker pens

Poor DP he is out there now with the first placcard

they should be applauded for their refusal to stock Junior

No, Ruddy and Otter, I agree! Nipple touching is a different thing altogether.

But I think it was ever thus, and I don't think it taints childhood particularly. Yes, in an ideal world it ought to be on the top shelf - but I quite like the old girl (W H Smith). It's like watching a slow-running disaster movie, but I hope that the ending will be happy.

well, you've got boobs in England too

Desiderata · 30/05/2007 21:14

And actually Hatrick, you're right. The mag presents a perfect opportunity to teach children the dangers of super-glue.
