Hands up who drinks juice out of the carton when nobody's looking

Yep - so does my hubby.... let it slip to my mum and she was horrified!! Felt like a naughty school girl!

No never, I caught dd (7) doing it this weekend and was horrified.

I know it's not the worse crime, I probably do things that are terrible, but this one gets to me.

I do not.

My DH does this with milk bottles............. I have trained him to take it into the larder area so DS can't see it. He still does it, I still think it is boak.

Yes i am as i type swigging pure orange juice from the carton but i intend to finish it so everyone else will be germ free!

Phew, I'm not the only one. My only excuses are a) less water used by washing up a cup and b) too much hygiene is bad for you.

My brother used to do this until he tried it with a carton that had been left out of the fridge and ended up with a mouthful of ants....

Hope no-one was drinking there.....

and did when i was growing up much to my mum's annoyance
one day by 3 year old little sister copied me and poured juice all over her head i was in trouble.......

Yep, given up fussing on this one.

Dh & ds both swig apple juice from the carton.

I'm the only one to prefer OJ, & in any case I assume all the vodka I put in it neutralises any 'backwash'!

Tbh, if someone's got a bug in this house, it's just going to have to go round everyone except me - I'm a teacher & therefore have a kryptonite-proof immune system.
