I drive down a windy country lane on my way to work and there are lambs of all sizes in the fields, from teeny wobbly white ones to big shaggy yellow ones - awwwwww

The other day there was a pony out by itself eating daffodils I was late for work so couldn't stop.

All the schoolgirls in their summer dresses.

Laundry flapping on the line, although mine has just been rained on.

Noisy twittery birds everywhere.

Tree blossom all over the lawn.

All the veg just starting to sprout in the garden-slug pellets at the ready!

Hayfever tablets scattered all over the house

Posy is doing a talk and signing at the Cartoon Gallery in the next couple of days.
If she is lurking she really should press for a reissue of all her lovely Weber books, we don't have any of them.
We do have Gemma Bovery though
Suzy, I had a snuffle myself when I saw our local avenue of horse chestnuts in full regalia on Saturday...we walked past those trees Monday to Friday for four years taking ds to nursery and they are old friends. We really were worried they'd be carried off by the fungus/moth scare last autumn and they are as majestic as ever. It's like seeing an 18th century fleet in full sail.

Quite a few used ones on amazon, Marina (or are we still boycotting?)

suzy I know how you feel...I start to feel like that at this time of the year now that the rainy season seems to be appearing here in Thailand.

I miss the spring; hot/wet and hot/dry get quite dull after a while. I miss having 4 seasons.
