Does anyone have any experience of this make from Mothercare. A lady I met on holiday had one and I was rather taken with it and fancy getting one. Are they any good or is there a better alternative? I want to be able to have it as an every day pushchair (ie, in and out of the car, shops etc) as well as going for off road walking.

We have got the Pinnacle, we have had it since last November, and I love it!

It is very practical for us, it is good off road and on road, it fits in the boot of our small car - old style corsa, we take off the rear wheels.

It folds up quite flat, came with pump and raincover, umm what else can I say!

I have admit I hate the current colourway, I have the original, which is chocolate brown and cream. Hope this has been of some help!

We have the cheap one (fixed wheel, no raincover etc). We love it (although not using it just now as have just had a new baby, using pram and buggyboard combo just now). It is a bit bulky, beware if you have a saloon car, it just fitted into our previous car's boot (BMW 381), there was no problem with our local Mothercare trying the display model in the boot of our car and if you are at all worried you should ask them to do this. It is a little heavy although much sturdier than any umbrella buggy we have ever owned and that as far as I am concerned makes up for it being a bit heavy. Would thoroughly recommend one.

I've got one these pushchairs - best thing I ever bought (wish I'd bought it sooner). I originally used a Graco Travel System, but it's too heavy and awkward to push (and is now in the garage collecting dust!) The 3 wheeler is a dream - smooth ride for baby, very light and easy to steer to. Never had any bother getting it in and out of boot, but we've got a fairly biggish car, so perhaps might be best to check. I would highly recommend getting one of these pushchairs -only snag is you have to buy raincover separately and they're not that cheap!

Yes, I have an Urban Detour from Mothercare and it is excellent - DS now 16 months old - it is excellent for 'serious' walks - try (ha ha -good intentions) to do 5 miles each day. However, I also have a small 'umbrella' buggy (£30 ish) which is better for getting in & out of shops - but we do live in a very rural area, no 'automatic doors', ramps etc. The zip, connecting the cover to the buggy, is very flimsy though, had to have it replaced once & it has now gone again.

It is one of the very few things we actually bought, being lucky enough to be lent most stuff (including a rather complicated 3 in 1 pushchair system which I never got on with) and am very pleased with it.

Try their basic 3 wheel model. It is very compact, light and is a dream to use. It is priced at £79 and is 2 shades of blue, it uses a basic non-framed rain cover which is only £19 and folds down (screws up!) very small. I've been using it for 3 months and love it.

I also have a Graco city (small) and a Bebecar adventure AT (huge), but the 3 wheeler is the one I use all the time as it handles every situation.
