Anyone else who missed the 'deadline' for the penpals thread

I have a 4yo and a 2yo (both boys) who would love to have a penpal! Would anyone be interested in exchanging letters with them?

They are interested in most things really - especially trains, animals, growing vegetables, space/planets/rockets, the human body, all sorts of things really.

RIGHT have done a list and tried to match with people who have some interests. A couple of people have 2 penpals if that is ok??? But its just with the ages it was best way it matched. Have checked through to make sure no one was left out but I have had a bottle of wine so please dont take any ommissions as purposeful!!!!

obviously you can all chop and change if you dont think match is appropriate have tried to match age and at least one interest.

Hi nemo, Thanx for drawing up the list. DD2 doesn't seem to have a penpal.
Is anybody interested in very dramatical, funny, nearly 4 year old. Who likes Superman, butterflies, playing barbies, has a very naughty imaginery friend and loves to eat.

I dont mean to step on anybody's toes (sorry nemo) and am really happy with penfriend for dd1. But was just glancing at the list and noticed this;

Bethron's dd1 and Alibobbins dd - seem to match better as they are same age and like same things.

also

my dd1 and nally's dd1 are very similer in age and likes.

Just an observation, wandered whether it would be better for the girls if they swapped. Especially in the case of Bethron and Alibobbins dd's who both like football.

am happy either way. i was thinking that my dd1 won't be able to write her letters herself, whereas alibobbins dd will be able to write hers... so it could be a better idea to have a younger penpal for dd1.

pinkdolly not stepping on toes at all as I said can do swaps if think its more appropriate for someone else. I only made a quick list to try and get it started iykwim. The other thing is they could of course write to people they are paired with and the others..because of course with letters it is not something you do everyday but maybe once a fortnight or so. Especially the older penpals might like more than one.

WelshBoris will match your DD up with someone.
