I have moved to an area where there is no phone signal and I've realised that I now never even bother to use my phone when I'm out and about, whereas before it was an essential item for me.

Am going to get a PAYG phone for emergencies but otherwise won't bother now.

I mentioned this to a friend who visiably paled and said she couldn't live without her phone. Could you?

No, mine had internet access and now i can't live without being able to log on where ever I am and google stuff. Sad I know.

easily.
I have a very plain and simple no nonsense payasyougo phone...I put £20 on it in September and still got credit now, lol...

I have been known to send 150 texts in 3 days!

Couldn't imagine not having one. It makes it soo much easier to communicate with people around the country who don't want to get in from work & go & read e-mails, but who aren't always able to take a call.

mine's never charged up anyway.

they're insipid things and they rule your life.
