Ahh! That's the first movie I saw him in too! I had to pause the TV and google who this beautiful man was.

He genuinely does seem to be a decent person. He has time for his fans. He loves dogs. (RIP woody ) He has a good sense of humour. He had the potential to take himself down a very harmful path and chose the hard path to recovery instead. He is very open about that and about his issues with mental health and his sexuality. He doesn't make a big deal out of it either, it's just how it is. Oh and he does a brilliant bedtime story

Yes the addiction/anxiety side to him is interesting and admirable he can be so open. I'm from a family of raving alkies which is also rife with MH issues so recognise it well!

I think with the drink and drugs or whatever, it seems Tom has been to some very dark places which has resulted in him being the interesting, complex person he appears to be. Maybe that's why he played James Delaney so convincingly. Just my take on it as obviously I don't know him (). He's very intriguing!

Absolutely Wine. He's mentioned in interviews often that he's interested in playing the dark characters from the murky side of life. He also says he plays characters he would be shit scared of in real life.
