Now, probably a silly question but has anyone seen the Tom Hardy series Taboo, what did you think of it? I can't find it on Youtube so is buying the DVD the only option? I've watched clips of it, one where Tom's character walks in to the church and the woman gasps, can't say I blame her

Taboo is what turned me into a Tom fan! Quite dark drama in places but stick with it. His character is flawed, fascinating, and he spends a lot of time in just a shirt and no trousers! Season 2 has been commissioned. It's Tom and his dad tv program.

That's it, he likes to play characters whether made up or from RL that show the dark side of how a human can be.

Taboo is the "one" for me, probably because that's when I discovered Tom (I'd seen him in the Revenant and The Drop, but hadn't fully appreciated the beauty!).

I agree. Taboo is when I discovered him and James Delaney is my absolute favourite character he plays although I have a soft spot for Forrest Bondurrant in Lawless and The Drop character. Loved that Taboo clip - I normally hate that song but that version was great and really worked.

Yes, first time watching, I can't say I even saw it advertised on tv when it first came out. I don't watch it much though. Second series in January maybe.

No I think it'll be longer than next year til series 2 unfortunately .

I don't think they have a filming schedule yet although the script is being written. Problem will be fitting in with Tom's filming commitments, he's several projects on the go I think.

He's a busy man. He's doing Mad Max and Star Wars by the looks of it. IMDb.

Strangely he sometimes slips into a Welsh accent when he's interviewed and James Delaney sounded Welsh once or twice . Bless his strange-accented little self.

Yes Welsh. You're right his accent in general changes, in different interviews too. Love him. It's a shortish film around 1.10 mins.
Oh, and I've finished 3rd episode of Taboo on YouTube, no more free episodes . I was bidding on DVD on Ebay but lost.

Whaaat!? Where did you find it on YouTube? I have from ep4 recorded but none before that (it was around then my obsession kicked in).
