mine dont do any atm (for obvious reasons) but am wanting them to start swimming lessons once dh is better and we can take them as i feel its an important life skill, plus its fun and keeps you healthy. my kids are vwery active (would rather run/scooter to school than use the car), play outside for 3+hours after school(only coming in to eat and watch 30mins of lazy town), love walks round the lakes etc etc.

Dd (11) and ds (nearly 8) both sing in the church choir, which means practice Fri after school & Sunday am practice & service, have piano lessons (Thursday), do drama (Thurs too), & swimming lessons (Sat am) - didn't realise they did so many of the same things! Dd has guides (Mon) & cornet lessons at school (Wed), while ds has Beavers (Wed) & allotment club (Sat pm). No wonder they complain they've got no time for practising their instruments - although ds says he wants to learn the trombone as well!

I try to let mine have a go at anything they want to. Over the years they've done
Beavers
Cubs
Scouts
Swimming
Diving
Life Saving
Football
Tennis
Athletics
Lacrosse
Recorder
Violin
French Horn
Choir
Science Club
Maths Club
Computer Club
Rugby
Cricket
Drama

That's all I can think of at the moment!
