I have been really shouty and crappy lately too, for a few months now.
we are only human. Cheer yourself up tomorrow with shopping and take pressies home and cheer the dc's up.

I have been quite calm over the last few days, but DS1 started playing me up tonight & I threatened to send him to bed early.
He came up & apologised for being mean & said he is never mean to daddy because he shouts worse, so I guess I can't be that awful!
