Annoyingly the moon was completely hidden for me last night so I didn't see it at all . Sunday night was clear & although I didn't see it at it's largest (& it wasn't completely full) it was so bright. I get moon shadows in the rooms at the back of my house when the moon is that bright & it is completely beautiful

Morning all.

I saw the supermoon on Sunday from the motorway. It was just above the horizon and it was HUGE. Looked for it last night but it was above the trees before it came into view and didn't look much bigger than usual. It's really difficult to photograph. Mine were rubbish too.

I've just spent an hour in the garden getting leaves up and I've knackered myself for the day.

We saw the moon through atmospheric clouds (The moon was a ghostly galleon, tossed upon cloudy seas, etc etc) But like Apricot, it was high up by the time we saw it and didn't look that much bigger. DS please to see it though. Looked more impressive tonight because it was lower in the sky when we saw it.

Hope apricot had her feet up this afternoon - will enjoy the blog later tonight.

There's a complicated weeks on week off rota for Tuesdays. I think I'm tempted to just stick to the Fridays...

DS2 has done homework. With no shouting or screaming or anything. I feel a little discombobulated .

Wonder how easily he'll go to bed tonight given he's excited for tomorrow (birthday). I have to wrap his presents and watch DS1 wrap what he's bought him. He's more hopeless than me
