mine would lie 100% flat (as flat as a carry cot)

have good suspension and bounce

umbrella fold

lockable and swivel air tyres

rear facing

why doesn't it exist!!

have got a mutsy which doesn't have the umbrella fold and although it has a carry cot, the seat unit doesn't lie back.

Wheels.

Seat.

Handle.

Basket.

Big sign saying "hands off, pramaholics, this one goes with me to my grave!"

VeniVidiVickiQV · 15/01/2007 00:30

A motor.

Or someone to push it for me.

Chloroform imbedded in the material.

A muffler to stop the sound of crying.

brimfull · 15/01/2007 00:34

a small boarding school attached to the back

nappyaddict · 15/01/2007 00:42

Someone to push it and feed, change and pay for the child within.

NYceKiwi · 15/01/2007 02:50

nappyaddict's requirements plus:

Padded straps that go short enough for a newborn and long enough for a 4 year old.

Washable, comfy fabric.

Waterproof cover that fits well and can be easily attached/ removed.

Hood and footrest that fit a 4 year old's height.

Easily attachable carseat and carrycot.

Forward-facing option.

mamama · 15/01/2007 04:49

Really light weight
Carry strap
Narrow enough to fit through small doorways & around cluttered shops
A raincover that folds up properly & somewhere to store it
Huge basket
Cup holder for parent
Tray for child
Self cleaning

paulaplumpbottom · 15/01/2007 08:50

something that folds up easy

ruty · 15/01/2007 09:13

Lol Hunker

An umbrella holder for parent so that you don't get wet through. (only got 2 hands and need them to push the pushchair).

schneebly · 15/01/2007 09:24

juuuule - such a thing exists

juuule · 15/01/2007 09:33

Oh wow -how long have they been out?
I missed that one didn't I?

expatinscotland · 15/01/2007 09:35

A robot to push it.

schneebly · 15/01/2007 09:37

someone advertised them on here a while back juule - that is the only reason I know about them.

Bucketsofdynomite · 15/01/2007 09:50

Light but untippable with buggyboard so shild can choose.
Wide enough for my 1yr old giant's broad shoulders.
Turns on a dime (My Mclaren Vogue does actually).
Fits in a Mini's boot.
Oh, I dream of a cupholder but you don't get them on umbrella fold ones do you?

MrsBadger · 15/01/2007 09:56
  • roomy on the inside but small on the outside in the manner of a tardis (including the shopping basket)
  • weightless to push
  • folds to the size and weight of a small umbrella
  • be able to hover so you can park it on top of stuff and never get stuck going up kerbs.
  • seat that swivels to stop toddler craning out to see things going past
  • ability to push itself while I nap on the large bed behind the handlebars
uwila · 15/01/2007 09:56

It would be the Maclaren Techno Classic, but it would have interchangable wheels for rugged terrian, and then the little ones for city/tube travel. And, you would be able to stick an infant car seat into it for a travel system. The interchangable wheels seems a no brainer. Why haven't they thought of this? Is it because they want you to buy a new one when the wheels wear out?

foxtrot · 15/01/2007 10:02

a double suitable from birth, with a buggy board, that renders all children upon it weightless...
and that you can hose down.

(not for me though, i'm done with buggies - i made them all walk to school today, my youngest will be 3 next week)

nappyaddict · 15/01/2007 10:26

buckets of dynamite - cup holder
