Hi Nappies Galore
I did an intensive 6 hour course last year and it was great. I spoke to soome people who had done the residential trips and they said it was worth it and helped them pass.
HAve you ever driven before or are you going to use it to pass your test?
this website has some of the providers, but when i did mine i just googled my area to find someone nearby.

hi pretendmum - thanks for answering!

its not actually for me, as it happens. am sorting it out for someone else... she has done about 12 hours of lessons, started fairly recently, so yes, a novice driver...

will check your link out...

glad to hear it.....hope she passes her test soon its definately worth it!

Just thought I'd add that I'd failed my test four times over the course of a couple of years, took a residential course and passed first time! Best of luck to your friend

Shoobaloo..... where was your residential course? DD wants driving lessons for her 21st birthday present next year and I think this would be the best way for her.

pretendmum · 12/01/2007 15:39

shoobaloo i was in the same position! Unfortunately I couldn't afford a full residential course but a 6 hour intensive day course was enough. I would definately reccomend them!

NappiesGalore · 12/01/2007 18:11

themoon... i reckon this one looks like a pretty good bet... a bit more expensive than some of the others but a pass guarantee, good pass rates anyway, an option to do theory and practical and a free pass-plus course after they pass which makes insurance cheaper...
