have a look at this and see what you think.
For me, they remind me very much of the old fertility statues and they very much have a modern tribal art feel to them.
That said, I can see why people wouldn't like them.
What do you guys think? I don't think I'd necessarily have one done, nor would I have one that wasn't me but I do like them.

step 1 - the bodyimprint process begins with a consultation that includes: Donna Marie's artistic vision, discussion of color, pose and a practice run - then your on your way to the magic of creating the most unique portrait you will ever have of your self!

step 2 - the paint is applied to the skin by the artist to acheive the desired effect, which is to expose the bodys form and shape through positive and negative space.

step 3 - the model is ready to recreate the pose for the imprint.

once the model is in position, Donna Marie checks the imprint and guides the body to make the perfect stamp. the model remains relaxed as the artist applies gentle pressure to ensure contact between paint and board.

paint can also be applied while the model is in place to complete the imprint design.

step 4 - the model imprint is complete and it's time to peel up off the board and reveal this amazing and sensual version of the model's very essence.

step 5 - the imprinting stage is done and it's time for Cameo to hit the shower.

step 6 - the bodyimprint is now ready for the artist to create the final portrait. Donna Marie uses the image made with the model as the first layer of expressing the form, shape, energy and soul of the subject.

step 7 - the artist incorporates acrylic paint to define and interpret Cameo and the painting is complete and ready for framing!

Leaving aside the lack of punctuation (you're please!) for now...you cover yourself with paint and lie on a big piece of paper. Then you draw round the print with a felt-tip.

And we need Donna Marie why exactly?

I'm glad so many of you like them, and will possible recreate them. A few of my friends likened them to porn so I wasn't sure if I was alone in my liking of them!
