have you aged better than Anna, Milly, Egg, Miles and Warren?

personally I'm finding it pretty scarey. Apparently I'm the same sort of age. They're all grown up. and wrinkly and jowley.

They must have filmed Anna in her work suit a while before they filmed the country house bit then, because there was no sign of a bump in those skinny leg trousers. I did think those loose, patterned tops were a little out of character.

The actress who played Millie always seems to play very uptight, neurotic characters and all that tension in her face makes her look older. In the interview bit afterwards she was smiley and relaxed looking and look much better.

I got a bit bored in the middle, so missed a whole chunk. It wasn't as gripping as the series was, I could hardly take my eyes off the screen then.

I noticed a small bump and at first thought she was going to tell everyone she was in fact pregnant but then I guessed posh spice was pregnant just by seeing her bum before heat nagazine got on to it with Cruise.

I wasn't that interested anyway so I was busy sending e-mails and on MN while DH watched it. Can't say it sounded like the 'reunion' was going well as all I could hear through the wall was people shouting at each other.

Oh bllcks bllcks bllcks! DH and I came down with a sick bug and went to bed at 7pm. We both wanted to watch this.
Has Daniela Nardini got other kids already because I saw her in something else (Rebus maybe or that supernatural Scots thingy) looking very plump and boobsome last year.

Have definitely aged better than Anna, and hair not quite as mental as Miles' but was bloody good telly and fab music - hope they release soundtrack !!

Was disappointed. Started thinking "not fair, they've all turn out successfully" - good to see not so Anna is deeply annoying, I think. The script wasn't very good, nothing very funny or sharp.

Got 1st and 2nd series for xmas so just in middle of refreshing memory as could hardly remember any of 1st series - always thought Egg was a bit of a pain though and still want to give him a kick up behind!

Haven't read this all yet but was totally shocked by how old anna and Milly looked. Blimey it made me feel old. I thought the boys had aged quite well, particularly Egg who I must run away with and have lots of babies - he's a honey!

I don't think they've aged badly. Good heavens... but then I have and even my h said I was nearly five years older than I am the other day

Wasn't one of the female actors reputed to be a serious junkie?

(I don't know which one because I only watched one or 2 episodes of the first series and didn't like it tbh)

I kept watching teh bit where they were dancing about and thinking god they look so sad and they are the SAME AGE AS ME...

therefore I must look equally sad - I was already having a mid-life crisis and now this!

I did spot Anna's tummy, too.

Milly looked good - she will always look elegant.

The token child bit was crap though, half the time neither of his parents were with him - or anyone else - where was he supposed to be?

He looked about 3 and was in a travel cot & still eating little pots of organic mush.

Also, if supposed to be roughly the same age as DS, why was he not running riot in the garden, throwing himself in the pond, having strops, etc?

yes, it certainly seemed a bit like "oh bugger it, we need a half indian half white looking boy child of toddler-ish years - that one will do - never mind that he's way too big for a travel cot and seems to have no discernable personality".

Egg looked like he'd make a great daddy (swoon!)

You and me both marthamoo. I think that's what so scarey about it. In my mind's eye I sort of stopped ageing somewhere around 28. I don't even think of myself as a grown up ffs. Somehow I missed that sophisticated, sorted, grown up stage. or am still waiting for it.

Ah! I have seen Daniela Nardini at my local Tesco a few months ago, she looked crap and exhausted like me! Thw woman playing Milly is a terrible actress, no?
