Did anyone here give up their boxing day to shop in the sales?

I didn't but i just ned to know which of you did so I know who I'm mixing with!

I just think it's so wrong of retailers to start sales on boxing days. Let people stay at home, don't drag poor staff out of their beds and try and entice people in to shops by knocking a tenner off a sequined roll neck!

i ordered mine early from next thanks to a recent thread on mumsnet, just as well as ive just lloked on next site and there is not a lot left now , i do agree with the boxing day thing though it should all start today

no, no no, i hate shopping at the best of times, i most certainly do not want to spend boxing day being crushed to death by bargain hungry maniacs!

No I had a rare day off work, everyyear I normally work on Boxing day, quite like to get out, keeps me sane, don't know if sales shopping would have had the same effect . BIL did well and got £200 pounds off a really good camera he was desperate for and his girlfreind got some clothes.
