Probably just as well, I was having a rant about DH. Which was resolved in RL anyway. Though it did mean my for Tart trying to move house didn't get posted either.

In other news, DS has a stinking cold and woke at 5am, and I'm trying to get him to do his homework We did watch Dr Who though, which was fun and we're v. excited about next week's episode.

It's the first Sunday of advent today....this means I am now listening to my Xmas cd. Marvellous :)
Have been down to see mum.
Have completed the rest of the ironing.
Have stripped all beds and am going to dry and get them back on before we go for dinner to pils.
Xmas prep is GO!! :)

Ds1 and Dh are watching the Grand Prix.
What a fucking waste of time that is.
And the drivers are all dead eyed fucktrumpets.
Ds2 is playing on the PS3.
I am comtemplating doing a bit more washing.
But it's sooooooo cold! Brr.

Oh! I forgot to mention to team trev (is there still a team trev??) I saw him in an episode of "haven" on Amazon! It was wierd! He was obv trying to "break" into America didn't work

We had mum for xmas day last year - she is going to my sister's for lunch this year. She never goes to my brothers golden boy as they ALWAYS have to go to sils parents....
Although.....typing this I have realised she will be here on xmas eve, part of xmas morning and on boxing day!!!!(I'm doing a buffet)
And don't mention plans for her 70th on Jan 2nd.....she doesn't want anything and doesn't want to do anything if we don't do something she will never forgive us

My dads 60th in Jan too. He won't care what we do, but I have started making a playlist and we are booking a private room in a restaurant that caters to his native cuisine because he will moan Goodness Gracious Me style otherwise. I have started making a playlist and friggin delighted that I found a Hungarian 1970s psychedelic rock track that I remembered from when we were kids. But I only knew how it sounded. Took bloody ages.
