Evening. Just another day in the life of moodswingy meatball

Been irritated most of the day and also felt anxious and short of breath for a while. I went for a power walk which almost killed me, I had to lie down afterwards, but I actually felt better the rest of the day, almost calm and relaxed. It is two weeks until blob so that might explain it.

And now in the evening I've had a weird rush of energy and been trying out new LCHF recipes, which all didn't turn out well, but I'm a bit proud of myself anyway. I made mini pancakes on cottage cheese, psyllium seed husk and eggs and it tasted really good! I also made a mixture of tuna, mayo, creme fraiche, red onion, lemon, (I don't know what you call that) that turned out really good. I also tried to bake muffins with feta cheese but they turned out so wrong
