Just out of interest. Am switching ds1 and ds2 to a 1:2 lesson (so they are taught together by one teacher). It's the same price for 1:1 as 1:2 so just wondering what others pay.

It will be £23.50 for a half hour lesson for the two of them.

I was quoted £23.50 for 40 minutes or £12.00 for 20 minutes

I pay £22 for dd 1-to-1 for 30mins. At one stage ds1 and 2 shared a lesson, and there was a reduction on that sort of price, but can't remember how much. We're in London; don't know if there are regional differences.

Thanks both. So not far off what I'm being asked to pay.

Anyone else?

£9 for half an hour, about 15 months ago. That's in rural East Anglia.

£10 for 30mins was quoted - but I can't afford that.

£18 / 30 mins, and was far more effective than term of group lessons because at the end of 4lessons my daughter could actually swim!!

My ds goes with a friend - they have 15 minutes each and it costs £13.50. If they were in the pool together (as opposed to one after another)it would be £17. Worth every penny.
