IQ/Personality test

Tickle (god knows why it's called that!)

It gives you a score and a type - I'm a "Facts Curator" and have picked up an impressive and unique collection of facts and figures over the years"

(It missed out useless after unique! But definitely a good description for a queen of google! )

do you reckon the results are affected by the time of day you do the test (ie. if done first thing, all fresh and brain raring to go, if afetr 10 at night could be different???) just a thought...doesn't bother me at all if it doesn't just curious

I wouldn't worry about it - an IQ of 120 probably puts you in the top 20% of the population. Obviously mumsnetters are just a very intelligent subset of the population - although given the wise words on this site I should have expected that

Average/median IQ is 100, so 120 is doing well!

Of course your I.Q. is age dependent so we should also confess our ages to put the number into perspective.

Your I.Q. is an average figure when compared to others of the same age.

In general, people's brains get slower as they get older so if a 20 year old and a 40 year old both did the test and got the same number of questions right, the 40 year old would end up with the higher I.Q. because the group they would be compared with would have scored lower on average.

my colleague (who is 11 years younger than me) and i did an iq test online and came out with exactly the same score

so this means i'm brainier! heh heh
