Same as if you're selling I guess. Attractive entry, neutral colour scheems, scrupulously clean and no interesting aromas

I have three kids so its hard to get the clutter free look, plus I have disabled equiment everywhere

I think my loft will be used lots to get "rid" of the clutter

That's the trouble with kids isn't it? I think temporarily hiding suff is a good idea though. If you use the loft to hide the children, that will sort out both the clutter and the never ending mess they leave behind them.

Well they should expect that if they know it's disabled adapted.
My flat is advertised for an exchange too and if anyone cam around here they would have to realise that the place is crammed full of stuff, we are overcrowded, thats why we want an exchange.

I would just make sure it is a tidy as poss, and generally in a good state.
I wouldn't go over the top, because you may feel abit peeved then if they don't want it.

Good luck

The lady has 4 kids herself, but only 3 will be coming with her, and has a 5 bedroom house which sounds lovely, and only 1/2 hour away from here, but far enough away from MIL

I don't mind doing the work as the house needs it anyway, and I have all the paint etc here to do it all.

Oooh sounds lovely mieow, hope it all goes well.

She is disabled herself and can't cope with the house anymore so needs to downsize, would I be allow a 5 bedroom house with 3 kids? DS and DD1 need their own rooms because of their disablities and DD2 sleeps on her own anyway. This is a 3 bedrrom but has a downstairs bedroom, making it 4 bedrooms.

And she said all long as the only thing she has to do it paint or wallpaper she will be happy....
