Dunham Massey (NW) Peaceful, the children like it despite there being no playground. it makes me feel happy that they can enjoy something without being 'catered for'. IYKWIM

Mummysurfer, what about Little Moreton Hall? It's open on Thursdays and I can vouch for the cake...

we are. With ds1 being auti it means we can go somewhere and try a visit without being peed off if we have to bail out very quickly. Not so good going back for multiple visits as he usually has some favourite place he wants to see from the previous visit and won't be quiet until we get there.
