Oooh - was it a scalding hot one? There's nothing like a hot bath....
(huddled by the radiator here with cold seeping into bones)

RumpledElkSkin · 21/11/2014 11:41

Shared it with babyElk so unfortunately not.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 21/11/2014 11:49

Oh - shame. A tepid bath then.

Did Norah and Flops make it down from the hayloft this morning, or are they still there?

Cinnamoncookie · 21/11/2014 12:04

Elk, Euston to Euston Sq 7-8 min walk with buggy. Lift to ticket office level (you need the entrance on the south side of Euston Road), no lift to platform, but not too many stairs, and you and BabyElk just need to stand and look cute and someone will help you.

Liv St has 2-3 stairs from the platform to ticket hall level, then there is a lift tucked away in the corner of the ticket hall (ahead and right of the main stairs as you leave the barriers) which goes to both the main line trains concourse level, and the upper concourse level, which you probably want for getting out fo the station.

BTW, you are bonkers. Just to you know Grin

Cinnamoncookie · 21/11/2014 12:04

Just so you know ! Aargh

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 21/11/2014 12:15

I have to admit I'm less tempted by the Carols by Candlelight thingy now I've seen that you just sit and listen. I was liking the idea of being able to yodel along to carols, drowned out by people who can actually sing... (unlike local efforts in church where there aren't enough people to drown each other out.)

LiviaDruscillaAugusta · 21/11/2014 12:43

Yo wenches! ^^

Bit concerned by the lack of Cardinal pics on here recently - the place seems to have been taken over by a load of young beardy men....

Anyway, to redress the balance slightly...

Morning wenches. Feeling distinctly meh right now. Casa mouse is a hotbed of tension - Dp working on an essay, me still recovering from a downer, babym teething, toddlerm back to normal and a ball of energy.

I'll be hiding in a corner of the tavern till the end of the weekend.

Very jealous of londoner wenches, wish I still lived there.
Cuddles fellow arse end of nowehereite badders.

RumpledElkSkin · 21/11/2014 13:05

I watching baby Burke...so cute

NotEvenAnEnormouseStirred · 21/11/2014 13:09

Camden market, elk
Regents park?

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 21/11/2014 13:09

to Mouse. Have a hot chocolate.... Brew

NotEvenAnEnormouseStirred · 21/11/2014 13:17

So…what's been occurin'?

Are you lot planning on stalking poor Tom as he innocently goes carolling?

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 21/11/2014 13:24

Two stalkers dedicated wenches have definitely got tickets, another is seriously considering. I think the rest are fantasising so far. And to be honest, if he's not all grubby and in costume, the attraction isn't quite as irresistible Grin

GoodQueenWenchAnneLass · 21/11/2014 13:35

Camden Market with kids is horrendous. For Euston I would go for Coram's Field if it isn't pissing down, there is a Waterstones on Gower Street that has a nice kids section - is it the Monday night? I ask because I have the Monday off so you could even come here and chill out - bus direct to liverpool st (although does take a while).

FolknNorah · 21/11/2014 13:40

What about..
Swagger Inn, if you like hot beardy men in leather come the fuck in or fuck the fuck off?

(Am watching thick of it Grin )

Not bothered who does the new thread. Just ddooooooo iiiiiiit

NotEvenAnEnormouseStirred · 21/11/2014 13:43

Was reliving my yoof there with camden market Grin, yep don't do it with kids.

RumpledElkSkin · 21/11/2014 13:48

It's Tuesday I'm afraid....and it's only baby elk, not mlleelk. So no kids entertainment required...Babyelk will scream her head off all day just gaze round in wonderment at the general splendour.

RumpledElkSkin · 21/11/2014 13:50

A glittering carol service in front of an international heartthrob....I'm going to add it to the list of odd places I've fed a baby Grin

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 21/11/2014 13:52

OK this may or may not work...
