House is manshape free (thankfully) but I appear to have caught the manflu from it. So that means I have a bad cold and sore throat and will be fine with some paracetamol and strong coffee. Isn't it strange how it affects different species in a different way .

Well, I think my ads have kicked in. Toddlermouse is no longer producing revolting nappies and ate a bowl of porridge.

Unfortunately, babymouse is teething. He's cut a top tooth but I think there's one next to it about to come out. I couldn't find the calpol syringe so I had to use my baking measuring spoons.

I've also got the theme song to better call saul on a loop. It's the only way I can get him to eat.

What about on rhe day appointment? You call amd call and call and call and the you grt through and then you wait and the soneone picks the phone up finally. Amd you get your appt.

I live in a village with no GP surgery - we have to go to the adjacent one though they do a afternoon surgery here once a week for the OAPs who can't travel easily. But I could still get an appt on the day at main surgery if I needed one. If I wanted to see my preferred GP then I may have to wait but no more than a week .

I'd go and see them anyway Bads - you may be pleasantly surprised. And you could always see whomever for current immediate stomach / sharts issue and also make an appt for your usual GP to discuss HRT / feelings?

It's that or the cats
