The only rugby player getting near me would have to do the Haka otherwise jog on my friend. In fact they should actually be Maori.

However I am losing my voice and it is all a bit dismal weather wise so off to join Sparks and Helen on the island.

SantisLittleHelper · 17/11/2014 18:13

Yes Madame. I have various afflictions which are painful & potentially messy & the self-prescribed medication was an overdose of a hot musketeer on a Caribbean beach with a bottle of sun oil & firm hands.

It's proving a distraction from the realities of life.

LetUsPrey · 17/11/2014 18:25

Loving the cat stories also Grin

I'm not on a hot beach. I'm in a secluded chalet with snow around it, a roaring fire inside and enough food and drink to last a loooooong time. And the companion(s) of my choice.

Must get changed for zumba. Laterz

MadamedeChevreuse · 17/11/2014 18:30

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 17/11/2014 18:50

Ah - LetUs do you have Norah there with you then?

Evening Obs - come join me and Sparks on our Caribbean island (Tobago for preference) there seems to be a problem with MN Mobile site or summat (that I know nothing about being tied to my computer) but we have all the essentials (heat, Musketeers, your drink (nto) of preference...)

Madame, how was the appt.?

RumpledElkSkin · 17/11/2014 18:50

I want to be in the Caribbean

With a bronzed god of a Musketeer

...but Tom would burn to a sodding crisp in minutes wouldn't he?

It's just never gonna happen

....although I would happily give up my sunbathing time to rub in the factor 60, very diligently, and without missing any bits...

RumpledElkSkin · 17/11/2014 18:55
SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 17/11/2014 18:56

It's ok Elk, He's under the umbrella - come join us Grin He probably needs another coat of factor 10zillion by now anyway, it's been at least 10 minutes since I last did it.

TheSwedishChristmasMeatball · 17/11/2014 18:57

Elk and Helen Grin

Btw, who is my blob twin?

MadamedeChevreuse · 17/11/2014 19:18

Better safe than sorry.

IntheBleakMiladyBeeeWinter · 17/11/2014 19:19

You can feck off with the suntan lotion and sand.

FolknNorah · 17/11/2014 19:19

TheSwedishChristmasMeatball · 17/11/2014 19:24

FolknNorah · 17/11/2014 19:24
FolknNorah · 17/11/2014 19:28

I imagine he would wear old fashioned pjs and one of those red satiny full left dressing gowns/smoking jacket (?) things and leather slippers. Sat in front of a roaring fire with a pipe and a glass of port or sherry. Grin

FolknNorah · 17/11/2014 19:40

Right then...
I am gathering snacks and a drink
Then I am inserting the DVD.
Then I will wait until 8
Unless some other fucker wants to join in I will press play. I can watch later if that is better for others.

I will be sulking if no one wants to join me.

TheSwedishChristmasMeatball · 17/11/2014 19:50

Sorry Norah Smile

TheSwedishChristmasMeatball · 17/11/2014 19:56

Time for a nice cup of tea and toast with lemon curd. Of fuck, I've turned British haven't I?? Confused

SantisLittleHelper · 17/11/2014 19:59

I suspect my musketeer of choice would have no trouble tanning at all.

Unlike me

What would be weird would be lying on a sunbed & instead of ploughing my way through books galore, just staring.

Just got a bit hot in here.

CarolSinger200 · 17/11/2014 20:02

Evening ladies.

Not stopping long today as have had mild migrane pretty much since getting home from work. It is easing off now so thought I'd pop in and say hello.

By the way, I know it is confirmed on twitter now but I checked my e-mails about ten minutes ago and have confirmation from Kate - the events manager - that Tom will be reading at the 16th December Operation Smiles Carols by Candlelight event.

Tom Burke Online are saying subject to commitments but Kate has not mentioned that in her e-mail to me so am assuming it is confirmed.

www.operationsmile.org.uk/carols/

Tickets are £30

FolknNorah · 17/11/2014 20:04

No one luffs meeeeeeeeeeeee

FolknNorah · 17/11/2014 20:07

Hope you feel better soon carolina

Cunts.
Hmmph.

Oh, I like that bit.

TheSwedishChristmasMeatball · 17/11/2014 20:08

Oh Carolina!
