My 4yo ds has recently asked me the following questions, which I thought were sweet and funny and often impossible to answer! Anyone got any others?

  • Do you think Bob The Builder wears Bob The Builder pants? (ds does!)
  • Do dung beatles eat their own dung? (said I thought probably not, but wasn't sure)
  • How long is 2 and a half hours? (I said "the length of time you are at nursery"

Standing in the kitchen one day having yet another nose bleed, and dd and her friend came running out of the loo with tampax in hand!!, for me to put in my nose to stop it bleeding!!

Another one, at the Orthoptist with dd and ds as well, and the orthoptist was very heavily pregnant at the time, walking out of the room, son asks how did Mrs get a baby in her tummy?, daughter replies, "its just like the cows being with the bull!!!", after I had scraped myself off the floor and smiled at various people, they all laughed and said "obviously farming children". Dd also referred to a friend of ours as Kevin the Fruitbat!, after earwigging on a conversation I was having with my dh.

Little darlings aren't they??

My dd (5) asked me yesterday "After you've died, does someone else give birth to you?"
I'd love to know who's been talking to her about reincarnation!
