What size were you before kids and what size are you now?

10 before kids 12 after and 14 after stopping smoking.

12 before 10 now but very jelly belly .

Size 6-8 before any kids (6.5 stone)

Size 8 after dd1

Size 8-10 after twins

Size 10 after dd4 and pg with #5 so will see when this one is born.

Just weighed myself and 9 stone but thats 23 weeks pg so not too bad.

It has taken me 4 kids to actually not look anorexic

Blame it on the fact that she still b.feeds on demand through out day still & I need the cals..
But think it's more to do with the fact that I eat chocolate at night while sipping a nice glass of chardonnay whilst watching Lost & reality TV

I was a 10-12 before children & I am a size 10-12 now.

Size 16 13stone when I got pg, lost 2 stone in first trimester and am still hovering just below the 11stone mark after 2 kids (12 on the bottom, 14 up top.)
Morning sickness does have its positive sides

size 10-12 before dd and went down to 8 after birth, and after ds bak to 8 but am putting a bit more weight on now, dont like being too slim!

Right before getting pregnant w/DD1, I was a size 10. Now I vascillate between 10 and 12.

10 bottom, 12ish top, before and after. But my ribcage and waistline have expanded irrevocably - not fat, actual body structure, which is a pain.

Yes, my shape is now different. I can hold a pencil under 'em, IYKWIM, and my hips have broadened.

I have two girls and am age 35.

12 before now a 14... look pretty similar but got a really squidgy tum.... really trying to get rid too!

Frankly, this is where being an older mother is so helpful. I can put any post-children deterioration down as expected wear and tear, if you see what I mean, and still be in pretty good shape for an old bat of 43.

Was size 10/12 (weighed 8st).
Now size 6/8 (still weigh 8st)
Sizes have changed quite a bit. Everything has got so much bigger!

way too big (20+) before and havent changed a bit. I think I am just keeping the average up!!

Size 10 before (9stone) size 8 now (8 stone) with no effort - before you all shout, I deserve to be huge given the amount of choc, wine etc that I consume...

Size 10 before, 12 now though can vary from 10 -14 quite easily. I prefer my norks now though so don't mind being a bit bigger generally, and have reached the age where losing too much makes me look haggard in the face, so am quite happy really with a bit of blubber.

10/12 before, now an 8/10. Agree re clothes sizes getting bigger - bought a pair of jeans in Gap the other day - size 2 (I think a UK 6?) which is ridiculous, I am 5' 9" and no way a 6.

6 before 2 kids, then 8 after, now 41/2 pg with third but still in size 8 clothes so I agree with the clothes size change theory. Aiming to be 6 afterwards.

Same before and after, size 8 and 7st 6lb. I think that sizes are bigger in cheaper clothes. I am currently wearing a lovely top I bought in asda on Saturday and it's a size 4! In most shops I think it would be an 8 as it's certainly no smaller than my other clothes.

before between size 6/8 - was 7st 2lbs

now 10/12 - 9st 2lbs

BEFORE - 8 on the bottom, 10 on the top (5ft 7in tall, 8st 5/6lbs, curvy)

AFTER - 12 on the bottom, 12 on the top (obv still 5ft 7in, 10st, curvy)

My shape has changed dramatically though. There is no way I could get back down to 8 and a half stone and look healthy and toned (as I did pre-DD), as my hips have broadened considerably. My skin would hang off my bones at 8.5st. I'm generally happier with my body shape, in an ideal world I'd lose 1/2 a stone and be bit more toned, but the body I see in the mirror everyday really doesn't bother me at all, in fact I rather like it

Size 14 AC, although I went up to a 16 just bafore getting pg this time. Have one more week to go, so Christ knows what I will be after that. I'll probably have to go and get a tent from Millets.

Also, my norks have stretyched out of all recognition, and I can now use them to mop the floor.
