tell her to go to her local salon for an eyebrow wax. it only costs about £4-£5 an its all done in about3 minutes. Its much better than plucking. Even I have it done and I am not into beauty treatments (due to lack of cash and time)
Quite a lot of hairdressers offer this service to.

It takes about 5 minutes. I'd never had it done before but when I went for a fake tan, the woman offered to do it. It stung a little but was over very quickly. If she says what sort of thing she'd like, it shoudl be fine. I make s an amazing difference to your face.

I think waxing lasts longer than plucking. I've had both and it took much longer for the waxed ones to grow back. It's also much quicker.

WAXING every time! Although I am a bit of a baby around my eyes so plucking is torture for me!

Waxing gets my vote too, and they should consult with your mum about what style would suit her best - I never have mine done thin, they can shape them up and it really opens up the eyes.

your mum can have them shaped with waxing then she can pluck them later on when they start regrowing that way she can keep the nice shape without over doing it.

waxing is far better than plucking, bet i actually prefer threading to waxing. you get a much better finish. my eyebrows always get commented on when i have them threaded as the lady i go to does a great shape. she is v reasonable £4 a time.

Definitely waxing and they shouldn't ask what shape you want - they should advise you on the shape to have depending on the natural hair growth.

I have been getting waxed for about 18 years now (everywhere) and my hair growth has slowed right down. Still need eye brows done (more of a tidy up) but would definitely recommend it.

Am actually getting my daughter waxed on Saturday as we are off to Cyprus for 2 weeks on Sunday. You might think she is too young but she is quite (fair haired) hairy and is now at an age where she is conscious of it and I do not want her to shave - nothing worse than prickly legs.
