restored 80's MyCHILD dolls

even though they are 20 years old, they are lovely dolls. i restore them, and they can still be played with (excepted the african american doll, as she is wigged)

i started restoring att he beginning of this year. It was a way to keep me busy in the evenings and out of the kitchen. now i do it to stop me smoking.

i have just hand stitched a re=pro t-shirt for one, i really need to get a sewing machine to speed things up.

lexiemum, once i get more dolls done, i will post another link up. ATM i am trying to downsize my collection, but once i restore them i do get a bit attached. I am hoping to source some pretty boxes to put the ones for sale in, so they will come packaged for xmas.

i cant wait to get to work on the ones for my girls xmas. apparently bear factory clothes fit with minor adjustments, so am making them up-to-date dollies.

i used to have these dolls as a kid!!!! they were beautiful dolls.
