Well tonight going Asda shopping without ds, I watched an older woman park in a p & t space. Feeling brave after reading about speaking out, I noted her number and model and gave it to the man at the door. Sure enough it was read out and she was told to move it.
Not very brave as I didn't speak directly to her, but hopefully she'll think twice about it. I'm sure the man thought I was a moany cow, but I made a point of walking by with my very full trolley with large box of nappies on top.

Hey- and I'll do it again!

Good for you

Well I had a man and woman waiting for my p&t space at Asda recently (no kids with them) so I got out and said "are you waiting? Do you realise it's a p&t space?" and the bloke shrugged and said "so what?" He looked hard as nails so I decided I couldn't face the fight and left anyway. It's an NCP run car park too with the power to ticket - I wish they would. Lots of sports cars parked in P&t on Sunday am too, no children in any of them. Grrr.

Sammac, I never thought that they would request people move the cars, am going to follow your lead everytime from now on!!!

As I'm sure everyone knows by now, it's the one thing that drives me mad.

The latest, the weekend before last - really got my goat (more so than usual, I was seething). Pulled over and inidicated for a space where the lady was loading endless shopping bags into a brand new Jag. I had assumed that she had already loaded her kid into the car... after watching me waiting and loading all her bags unto the car she dismissed me with her hand and mouthed "I'm not going" and waltzed off again - GGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRR why isn't there a growling emoticon?

I can understand why you quit www, I wish I knew when to quit, but I can be very confrontational so probably would have sat in the car for 10 minutes or so until they pissed off! (but things like this have got me into hot water before - have been threatened etc!)

Like Fizog I'll be doing that next time! DH once complained to one of the trolley collectors(have no idea of their real job title sorry!) about a woman parked and sitting in her car eating lunch while there were no remaining P&C spaces. He said there was nothing they could do as it was down to customers to not park there.

Now I'll be straight into the help desk! Bwa-ha-ha-ha, they better not park there now (evil rubbing of hands )
