Late to the party as always but had to come and say hunkersneakymunker is bloody brill.

Hunker a friend of mine who "lost her sparkle" (her words) a bit like you with your mojo, found a dramatic change to her diet worked wonders.

I am sure you don't eat crap but she cut out all dairy, wheat, carbs erm can't recall what else. Anyway it cleared up loads of niggling illnesses (not suggesting PND is a niggling illness btw) and she felt much better. It was a proper thing (can't remember what it was called but it's not a quack load of nonsense) - another friend tried it and thrush which she had had for years vanished.

I'll find out more details if you think it would help.

I don't know Hunker personally but from her posts on here I think she's fab, she's straight down the line and I agree with almost everything she says, she seems to have time for people and she makes me laugh as well. I hope you're feeling a bit brighter soon HM.
