apparently.

ok they didnt say it, but all the P&t spaces were full, so we (sparkygothkat, me and dd3) parked in the space at the end of disabled row, but not in diabled bay (end of the row are two normal spaces). we came out, and next to use was a couple with a baby. they knew i was seething, no badge, not disabled, just with a baby. arrrrrgh!!

in our local sainsburys they have about 4 million disabled parking spaces which are always at least 90% empty

That pisses me off too.

misdee · 07/08/2006 21:32

why does ut piss u off?

cos they are always empty! Even when the whole of the rest of the car park is full and you have to queue to get in, there are at least 90% of them empty. It's silly.

misdee · 07/08/2006 22:41

but legally they have to provide them. and i have never been i na car park where everywhere else is full apart from the disabled bays.

Then you have never been to sainsburys in Manor Rd, Richmond.

I kid you not

There are about 8 rows of parking and two of them are totally for disabled people

misdee · 07/08/2006 23:02

never been to richmond in my life.

i have however been to uxbridge shopping centre and had to wait for a dosabled space for peter. then some idiot (next bay none disabled) parked sooo close to the passenger side, was over the blue section, so had to reverse to get peter back in the car.

it's not that far, you should shop in Richmond!

Seriously, you know I have no issue with disabled people having parking spaces at all. But these really are always empty

CountessDracula · 07/08/2006 23:05

I will photograph it for you on Saturday!

misdee · 07/08/2006 23:07

if they are empty then i will consider shopping there lol.

no longer driving down that way regularly
