Just discovered the house we have put an offer on is sold (subject to contract) to another buyer

however, do check - I've seen incorrect info on findaproperty.com (most recently a friend's house has popped up as 'new' - it's not, an offer was accepted a while ago)- it may be a technical error, or someone has been a bit previous and updated it in anticipation of your offer being acccepted
