oh I told a lie, that was her xmas pressie last year

I got her a playhouse in fact

DD3's birthday is coming up in September and we already have a house full of girl orientated toys - doll's house, endless (and fantastic) playmobil, bikes, dressing up clothes in abundance....

Feel like wrapping up stuff we already have and giving to to her with suitably animated and excited expression.

Like the sound of the Orchard game F-onMed.

Might go for a few more natural, heirloomy toys. My mum told me about a website called Myriad Natural toys and Holtz toys. Then at least I'll be investing for the grandchildren. Beautiful stuff too.

I always want to reply to threads with titles like these with :

I only have boys and the oldest is only 2. Sorry, can't be of any help"

I usually resist. Good thing, really

dolls house from ELC - which she loves but doesn't play with all the time as it's in her room (she still plays downstairs most of the time).

EmmyLou · 10/07/2006 17:42

Ahh. Thanks cupcakes

That's what comes of trying to bake a cake, cook tea, collapse pop up tent, pick broken bread sticks out of the carpet AND keep an eye on MN at the same time.

Oh, and an eye on kids too of course.

All dd wanted for her 3rd birthday (last month) was a pink wig...like bloody Stephanie from bloody Lazytown

So dp took her on a grand adventure in to town, on her birthday day, to buy the wig and she was pleased as punch.

I don't think she has worn that damn wig since!

Fortunately we also got her a swing for the back garden which she loves

EmmyLou · 10/07/2006 21:06

heymammy - lol at pink wig. I won't mention their availablilty to my dd3 or she'll want one too. Better than Sportacus suit I suppose though.
