i think you have to wait for the new version to come out. it's not done automatically.

photo of our London house is at least 2 years old as well, more likely 3. Mawbroon I would love to see your MIL with her dog, care to share the co ordinates?
Zephyrcat, Perth is crystal clear - what's the suburb I'll try and find it for you.

The whole things is freaky, but as DH says, "they" are only giving out this kind of aerial mapping and technology if the current stuff is super clear and you can see pores on skin.

the US stuff is more up to date than us mere europeans. lots of it is based on satelitte imagery I think and there are areas that are blanked out for security purposes.

Its not fair, I have downloaded it, and it says there is something wrong with the server, what am I doing wrong, do I have to switch the internet off to access it, please help as I am dying to get on it and have a good old nose

My last apartment (Sheffield city centre)is still a building site, so that photo was taken around 2001-2002 I think, looking at the progress stage it is at.
