Atm I live in a beautiful detached 14 bedroomed Georgian mansion with 10978 acres but I don't have an Orchard. I'm even considering moving to a 13 bedoomed mansion with an orchard!! (can you beleive it?)

quinces are lush. They take hours to cook, but are well worth it.

You can easily buy them in North London grocers' and prob many other non-Tesco places.
