is it a chirpodist or a pedicurist that will get rid of the hard skin etc on my feet?
I have decided to make an effort

lol.... dunno! I think if its a real problem then a chiropedist... but if its purely cosmetic then a pedicurist.

I get queazy at the thought of someone slicing the chunks of hard skin off skin heels like they are lumps of parmesan!!!

nikkie · 25/06/2006 22:33

I am getting disgusted with them now though and its not really a DIY job!

I'm the same.... I could probably cut it off with scissors.... but it wouldn't be a good look, probably a bit rough round the edges!

nikkie · 25/06/2006 22:39

I have tried but it does look rough and I thought I'd get it done right!

Nikkie, you need that Flexitol Heel Balm stuff (Boots has it)
Works wonders!

Earlybird · 25/06/2006 23:11

Go to a chiropodist initially for heavy duty work, and then keep your feet looking nice (and hard skin at bay) with regular pedicures.

amber5 · 25/06/2006 23:13

you've just seen that advert on telly haven't you?!! the one with a woman going up an escalator with seriously scabby heals

nikkie · 25/06/2006 23:13

thanks!

singledadofthree · 25/06/2006 23:20

it has me in stitches tho - the things you'll talk about

nikkie · 25/06/2006 23:21

Well its just what comes in my head!

OP posts:
singledadofthree · 25/06/2006 23:22

must be a fun place to be - in your head that is - not your feet

nikkie · 25/06/2006 23:24

Very strange things happen in there!

Her's another ringing endorsement for Flexitol Heel Balm - it is miraculous. Not instantaneous but it works. My mother has just reduced some serious hard skin to virtually nothing, and I expect it to go completely.

singledadofthree · 25/06/2006 23:26

yukkkkk!!!!

moondog · 25/06/2006 23:27

And how are your feet Daddyo???

nikkie · 25/06/2006 23:27

But I am not very good at remembering to do stuff like that!
I quite often forget to brush my hair
