Child National Insurance Number????

I have got some forms through in which I need to fill in my childs NI number?!?!

Didn't even know they had NI numbers for children!

On what document would I find it as I (obviously) haven't got a clue!!

My dd has a 6-digit system number in her red book but nothing that resembles a NI no. Very puzzling.

my ds is 5 and his DLA referance number is actually his NI number.

if the forms you are complteing are anythign like this then thats is probably what they mean.

if this is your first form and he hasn't had any fomr already then just leave it blank.
