If it's IE 6, you use tools, internet options, delete files, offline files and history. You will loose previous "remembered sign ins". Check "Temp internet files" for anything that doesn't get deleted.

Try this too.

Click on "help" in the menu bar, then "about IE" It will say Version... somewhere.

I find this MS site very helpful when you have "odd" problems to sort out. I'd like to be able to take credit for my suggestions but I just searched their community newsgroup database.
