Havent been to a club for ages (ok so ive only ever been to one and that was years ok and I hated it!! Was dodgy trance music or something)

Havent actually been out socially for a very long time!

But what do you wear to clubs? I live in trainers but I doubt I'll get away with them.

Im 23, I should know this stuff already Blush

Nope no wedges. I have trainers. Flat calf boots and heeled boots. (I am sooooooo not a real girl Blush)

I live in t-shirts so am searching through my drawers trying to find a top - with not much sucsess! Have know I was going out for three weeks!!

The only dress i have is a t-shirt dress with an England flag on it (it was bought for me I dont wear it honest Blush)

I have plenty of short skirts (Blush) but dont want to freeze.

hmmmm back off to the searching...

I've recently brought a top from Miss Selfridge, cream with red spots on it, quite a loose fit. Also handy as i found out a few days after buying it that i was pregnant, good job i ca still wear it.

HMo2, 2 peas !

Dreadingit · 10/05/2006 12:00

Tamba, can anyone lend you a top?

Esmummy · 10/05/2006 12:00

In an ideal world tamba what would you like to wear ? One of us may have something similar we could loan you.

sandyballs · 10/05/2006 12:08

Maltesers - no I wish I did, it's lovely down there. I go to Sandyballs on holiday quite a lot, live in Surrey.

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 10/05/2006 12:16

Well the jeans and boots are ok (cept for the jeans being too tight which means noooo tight tops!) but I am wearing a fitted jacket over it so may get away with it as long as i dont take the jacket off...hmmm

I dont have all that many girl friends Blush could borrow something off my sister in law... (although shes 2 sizes bigger - would deffo need to pad out bra)

hmmm just spoke to sil, shes at work and is going out straight from work so isnt around.

ah well, i will just hide under a jacket :)

But you will want to take your jacket off when you get inside somewhere and you start shaking your stuff Wink

lou33 · 10/05/2006 12:42

last couple of times i have been out i wore

a black stretch cord button through mini dress with knee high flat biker boots

blue denim skinny jeans and a t shirt with wedge heeled sandals

yes there were lots of girls wandering about looking exactly the same as each other trying to win the prize for the shortest skirt, but you dont have to go that route Smile

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 10/05/2006 12:54

Have found denim skirt, black top, which isnt to revealing, and boots. Ok so I may look mumsy Blush but i think its better than feeling uncomfortable :)

I really should invest in some going out clothes cause im hoping to make it a habbit Grin

Have been old for far too long!

Tutter · 10/05/2006 13:14

tamba

23 are you're asking us (average age must be well into 30s)? ShockWink

if jeans are allowed, i'd do jeans and amazing heels (but not boots) and a top. if you don't have a cool or swish top then maybe a chunky necklace or skinny scarf to jazz it up a bit (sorry for the suze and tranny cliches)...?

Tutter · 10/05/2006 13:14

23 and you're asking us

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 10/05/2006 13:17

I know Blush

I am old SadWink

I am in the process of getting myself a life though! I dont know why im even going - I dont drink, dont like loud music....sigh... the things i do to be young!

KBear · 10/05/2006 13:33

If you say you're old one more time I am coming over to bop you on the head!

I love going out but I'm a jeans, heels and strappy top kinda gal. (Gets hot when you're dancing!) Nothing too revealing and nothing too muttony but you haven't got that problem being twenty-flaming-three!

Tutter · 10/05/2006 13:46

oh, and tamba, take a bag that will go across you body (or a little rucksack) - nothing worse than trying to dance holding a bag.

Dreadingit · 14/05/2006 20:57

just wondered how your night went?
