ermm had a few memorable ones, probably this years (29th) when I was going to be spending the evening on my own after exH had left (bad timing meant he ended up moving out on my birthday). Had planned a bottle of wine and pizza to myself but got a phone call from my Vicar (who I get on well with) asking if "they" could come over as they had some freshly cooked pizza and a couple of bottles of wine - "they" were my best friend, the vicar and the church warden (also very good friend of mine).

ermm, err, not really looking forward to any dates on the calendar at the moment - oh actually hopefully 14th march next year - hoping for a good nigh out with friends for my birthday/to celebrate one year of being single.

- Most spectacular sight you have ever seen?
oooo have lots, probably travelling in the back of a baakie (pick-up truck with no roof on the back) with a load of cabbages piled up in it. Through the Northern part of South Africa spectacular miles of Veld, the sun was starting to set, so glorious orangey/red sky, full moon on the other side, and monkey's scampering across the road behind us/
