couldnt have found a better house.
excellent location for everything dd's school, park, town, pictures, pubs, shops etc, but far enough away from them to be a nice area.
amaising house!, exact layout we discussed(two totally separate receptions nice garden, 3 beds.
already been under offer up to very last minute then old buyer pulled out because of extra land prob(nothing major), seller offered extra £2500 to buy land once completed but they pulled out...so here WE AREGrinGrinGrin
funny thing is..shes also a child minder! so all house is perfect for my inspection when we get moved inGrin

Grin..i wont and cant let this one slip away, it IS ideal for dd's school and everything..its just that now, the £3'00 we though we could turn garden into dd's playground and buy wardrobes etc, with be taken by current mortgage lender for redemption penaltiesSad..am very anxious at minuteSadand worried about the seller not stopping veiwings..still.
am starting sorting out and packing unusables up today while we have some free time as our buyers details are now with solicitors and we should we getting call about survey anytime!

We completed yesterday and am off to buy furniture and paint and stuff today !!!Grin
One of the things we did was to insist that the agent took it totally off every website and out of the window ect. DP got gazumped in the past even though the house was 'off' the market, it was still in the window of the agent and someone offered a higher price. Good luck today Smile

thats a good peice of advice!, i dont know whos being awkward about putting it under offer?..the agent or the vendor..but it will be a definate NO MORE VEIWINGS once mortgage sorrted!

try focus (if you have one) for your paint, i got a 10litre tub of white cown paint for £11 and same size in magnolia for about £14, they may not have that offer on now, but have some great deals on..saying that you might want brighter colours..im more aplain janeWink

Yes we have the keys and drank a bottle of champagne there yesterday and met the neighbours who were lovely.Grin
Everything has to be painted bright white, it's mainly yellow and pink atmShock and it is a bit dark and will be even darker when the house next door is built so white white is the only way to go. We will add colour throught furnishings. Thanks for the paint tip btw Smile
