if they refuse to do anything about it then unfortunately there is nothing you can do... unless it was an ebay shop?

leave them negative feedback?

misdee · 16/03/2006 17:23

darn, was hoping they may have already left feedback.

hmmm... well it's worth setting up a dispute if they don't offer to either refund you or give you some money back straight away

i just checked to see if i had left my feedback but i havent. i dont want to send the doll back as she has her original clothes which is a bonus, but am annoyed they didnt mention the damage in the description.

Has the seller responded yet? You never know, as a seller I am always really keen to sort out a problem so maybe your seller is the same.
Wait and see?

How have you paid? If by paypal, raise a dispute - you should be covered for a refund. Also, if you bought it through ebay, and paid other than paypal, you can always try raising a dispute and see what happens. Generally, ebay would probably refund you some money but they do take a percentage (as much as £15) for handling your request - unless they can come to a solution with the seller on your behalf, where you agree to return the doll upon the receipt of a refund. If I was you, I'd go for it. This seller is obviously ignoring you because he/she knows the doll was not as described or is hoping that you will simply go away. You'd be amazed how quickly they respond once you raise a dispute!
