Passenger airbags - Car seats

Does anyone have a passenger airbag in their car?? How do you go on with newborn in car, when on your own? :)

I think having the baby in the back is not only safer because of impact if crash, but also less of a distraction for the driver iykwim. For a short while i put dd in the front and found myself gazing at her lovingly when i was meant to be watching the road . Quickly moved her into the back out of sight!

Look at it this way, if baby is in back and you can hear them screaming at least you know they are breathing .
