Have you ever 'met' people who you've loved and who have died in dreams?

I met and talked with my brother last night in a dream - he died 12 years ago aged 32- and in the dream he knew that he had died and knew what has been happening in my life.
I'm not given to flights of fancy, but this seemed so real. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

I've had a few dreams where I've met and conversed with my grandma. In the last one she was alive again but was worried because of how my aunt would go mad because she was back! I told her not to worry she could come with me, I was very excited 'cos I knew she was gone but thought she was coming back - we'd met in a lovely garden with outdoor tables and chairs. We hugged and kissed. The dream woke me up but it was as though someone was getting up from the bed - I was alone at the time so I really believe my gran was with me.
