Cant rouse DS - quick advice needed pls (paranoid mom alert)

Hes been asleep since he got home from nursery at 3pm (fell asleep in the car)

I tried waking him at 10 to 5 but he was very sleepy and cant stay awake, for the last half hour I have been trying to wake him fully and during that time my mil came and even she tried to wake him (pulled his little blanket off him!) and he just looked at her.

He hasnt said a word and cant keep his eyes open.

Is he just very tired or is there something wrong with him?

He feels hot but did fall asleep wearing his coat so is sweaty.

Whats happening Tamba?

Went next door to use the phone and the lady very nicely allowed me to call nhs direct. They had me trying different ways to wake him up which ended in my taking him outside and putting a cold flannel on his face. He started screaming and didnt stop for ages!

She got a doctor to call me and he couldnt hear me over Jonathan screaming so said I had to go to the out of hours doctors.

The the lovely CarlK called me to check on Jonathan and then he went out of his way to bring me a thermoniter! (and he lives miles from me!)

Then Jonathan still crying made himself sick.

So poor Carl had to come in my smelly sicky house and amazingly Jonathan perked up!! His temp was 38 so thats fine i think.

Now Carl has left, Jonathan is screaming again!!!

I had decided not to go to the out of hours place as he had calmed and cooled down, will see how he goes.
